Dichen Lachman has been cast in a new supernatural movie by director Rob Savage. Although the movie has yet to have an official title, it will be based on the book Incidents Around the House by Jos Malerman, Dichen will join Jay Duplas and Jessica Chastain who will star in the film.
The book tells the story of Bela, and eight year old girl, the daughter of a couple with a strained marriage, who is befriended by an entity she calls “Other Mommy”.
The book has been adapted for screen by Succession writer, Nathan Elston and will be produced by Atomic Monster/Blumhouse in assocation with Spin A Black Yarn.
